Personal Assistant- Miami, Florida

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, resourcefulness, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be based in the Miami to Delray Beach area, comfortable working in a family environment, and available for frequent, short-notice travel. This role offers the opportunity to grow into additional business-related responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
• Manage email and inbox correspondence.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Handle personal and business errands.
• Assist with household tasks and organization.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and household/property-related needs across multiple residences.
• Coordinate property maintenance and household projects.
• Drive the principal and family members as needed.
• Drive manual vehicles.
• Travel frequently and be available for short-notice trips as needed.
• Maintain organized digital and physical systems.
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality in all personal and business matters.

 

Qualifications

• Based within commuting distance of Miami or Delray Beach and available for frequent travel, including short-notice domestic and international trips.
• Clean driving record and experience driving a manual vehicle.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly proficient with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Hands-on mentality with a genuine willingness to handle day-to-day tasks, errands, and household needs.
• Comfortable working in a family and household environment.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Interest in growing into additional business-related responsibilities over time.
• Candidates with personal assistant, family assistant, nanny, manny, or household support experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $60,000-$100,000 annually, with flexibility for the right candidate.
