Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment strategies. \n Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. \n Develop effective, personalized treatment plans that define clear therapeutic goals and interventions to guide the healing process. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless and coordinated client care. \n Supervise and participate in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients effectively. \n Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client base comprises a wide range of individuals and families dealing with mental health issues across various demographic backgrounds. You will work closely with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational strife, thereby playing a critical role in supporting their healing journeys. By employing a holistic approach to therapy, you will help clients build resilience and improve their overall emotional well-being. Qualifications\n \n Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. \n A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. \n At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to provide effective therapy. \n Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and the ability to tailor interventions based on individual client needs. \n Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a passion for helping diverse populations navigate their mental health journeys. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in a remote environment or telehealth setting is highly desirable. \n Specialization in trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or child and adolescent therapy will be considered an asset. \n Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time role offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
