Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth technology to ensure client confidentiality. \n Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies. \n Document client progress accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with both ethical standards and organizational policies. \n Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, employing appropriate assessments and interventions. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients. \n Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to stay updated on best practices and emerging research in therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As an LMFT at Intimate Bond Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will play an essential role in helping clients improve their interpersonal relationships and overall mental health.
