Executive Assistant

Title : Executive Assistant Wage : $25 / hour Classification : Full time | Non-Exempt | Benefits Location : Columbia Falls, MT | Office-based Reports to : President Position Overview: The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to provide high-level support to the President, Board of Directors, and Executive Team. This position helps to streamline communications and work efforts across the organization to ensure the team’s overall success. The Executive Assistant also fulfills an important liaison role by serving as the primary point of contact for the public and other stakeholders. This position coordinates many important aspects of the Conservancy’s operations that directly support our mission to preserve and protect Glacier National Park for future generations. Applicants with comparable qualifications and work experience are encouraged to apply.
