HR Generalist

Overview HR Generalists, we could use your help! Our client is looking for a tried-and-true HR professional to step into a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a busy team with a wide variety of employee-facing HR needs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being a resource to employees, staying organized, and helping keep people, processes, and communication moving in the right direction. Responsibilities Answering employee questions and providing day-to-day HR support Supporting onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and documentation Assisting with benefits communication and employee support Partnering with payroll and internal teams on employee records, timekeeping, and reporting Updating HR policies, procedures, forms, and related documentation Supporting employee engagement, recognition, and internal communication Helping with special projects and cross-training across related HR functions Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience Strong attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities A proactive, team-oriented approach California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
