Senior National Accounts Executive

What You’ll Do

• Identify, target, and grow relationships with large health systems and multi-site urgent care organizations, owning a portfolio of key accounts with accountability for adoption, utilization, recurring revenue, and long-term account growth.
• Lead accounts through the full commercial lifecycle, from pilot and proof-of-concept through rollout, system-wide adoption, and sustained utilization.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, laboratory, operational, supply chain, finance, contracting, and executive stakeholders while developing internal champions to accelerate expansion.
• Navigate complex healthcare buying processes, including multi-stakeholder decision making, contracting, procurement requirements, and distributor engagement with McKesson, Henry Schein, and other strategic partners.
• Drive implementation success through training, clinical education, workflow integration, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Customer Success.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans using adisciplined, data-driven approach to forecasting, CRM management, utilization metrics, penetration rates, reorder performance, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field, with 8+ years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in diagnostics, POCT, CLIA-waived products, or medical devices.
• Demonstrated personal success selling diagnostic solutions into large health systems or multi-site urgent care organizations and converting pilots into broad adoption and meaningful recurring revenue.
• Proven ability to grow complex strategic accounts by engaging clinical, laboratory, operational, supply chain, finance, contracting, and executive decision makers across the organization.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, reimbursement, and the economic value proposition of point-of-care diagnostics, with the ability to sell from the C-suite to frontline clinicians.
• Experience working through national healthcare distributors while maintaining ownership of end-user relationships, implementation, adoption, utilization, and account strategy.
• Highly accountable, data-driven account leader with strong project management skills, capable of managing 20-30 strategic accounts, driving forecast accuracy, and traveling up to 50% nationally.

Compensation: The expected base salary range for this position is $160,000–$180,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, and other business considerations. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an uncapped commission plan, car allowance, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other company-sponsored benefits.
