Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy strategies that meet client needs.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and theories.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey or other US states.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a signing bonus and performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package is comprehensive and includes:
