Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct thorough assessments to develop effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and client-centered.

• As an Outpatient Counselor, you will provide individual and couples therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that promote healing and recovery while fostering supportive relationships.

• You will engage in case management, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, family members, and external resources to create a comprehensive network of care for your clients.

• Regularly document progress notes, treatment updates, and outcomes in a timely manner using our organized electronic health records system to maintain compliance and high standards of care.

• Your duties will also include scheduling ongoing appointments, managing your calendar effectively, and maintaining open communication with clients on their treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role primarily involves working with youth, adults, and families who have been referred to rehabilitation services, particularly those dealing with substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as human services, social work, or behavioral healthcare.
