Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients, engaging in case discussions and therapy planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, thereby facilitating accountability and best practices.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care, as these populations often require specialized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
