Work Environment\n

This role predominantly involves working remotely in a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to conduct therapy sessions via video conferencing and online tools. Our operational hours are flexible; we are available to support clients from 7 am to 10 pm seven days a week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies in a virtual format, including but not limited to individual therapy, couples therapy, and group sessions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate meaningful progression in clients' mental health journeys.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic care, discussing treatment plans, sharing insights, and contributing to case discussions.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and secure digital record management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Liberty will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania is required.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials, along with enticing bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
