This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, plus additional performance-based bonuses.

This position provides the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide vital counseling services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining the option for in-person sessions at our outpatient facility when needed. Our practice operates 7 days a week, with hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, ensuring you can tailor your schedule to best meet the needs of your clients and your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a supportive and healing environment.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, adapting your methodology based on client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.
