This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your workload effectively while remaining engaged with our team and clients. Your work setting will be primarily virtual; however, the foundation of our practice emphasizes teamwork and communication. Regular virtual meetings and collaborative consultations will ensure that you're supported by your colleagues and integrated into the fabric of our agency. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique needs and objectives.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards and state regulations, ensuring all case notes reflect the treatment provided.

• Manage a weekly caseload of diverse clients, adapting your therapeutic approach to accommodate both client goals and clinician availability.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to promote professional growth and maintain high standards of clinical practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health concerns.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) in the state of California.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, utilizing both verbal and written skills to interact with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within outpatient settings.
