Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand the multifaceted needs of clients, establishing insightful, personalized treatment plans.

This position primarily serves clients facing terminal illnesses and their families as they navigate the emotional landscape of hospice care. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LCSW license in California. Applications from Associate Social Workers seeking supervised roles will also be considered.
