Our detox center operates in a fully remote capacity, which allows flexibility for our therapists while maintaining access to necessary resources for seamless service delivery. The position is structured to allow for 40 hours of work per week, providing the freedom to establish a balanced work schedule, including a combination of in-office and remote sessions. Team members have access to necessary tools such as an EMR system for efficient documentation and billing services for claims processing, making it easier for you to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of clients across various age ranges, addressing diverse mental health concerns.

• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring all notes and records are completed as per compliance standards.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing client appointments, utilizing an updated calendar to ensure optimal time management.

• Consult regularly with colleagues to develop strategies that promote a positive therapeutic environment and enhance client care.

• Utilize established billing services to handle client accounts, insurance claims, and payment plans, enabling you to concentrate on delivering quality therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, seeking support in their mental health journey. You will work with clients who may be experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, or life transitions — offering therapeutic interventions that help them achieve their goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Must possess an active and independent LCSW license.

• Demonstrable professionalism with excellent therapeutic boundaries and strong organizational skills.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining up-to-date therapeutic skills.

• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including a minimum of two evenings per week, totaling at least 20-25 hours of client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
