Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide compassionate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the clientele.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to address complex emotional issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set specific goals and interventions aligned with best practices.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients in immediate need.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in line with legal standards.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance community support and resource access.
