FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead bid efforts for complex infrastructure pursuits in the NY/NJ metro area. You will organize content, build resumes, and coordinate staff for national bids, ensuring compliance with Owner requirements. You will guide and mentor staff, develop a clear proposal schedule, and collaborate with division leaders and estimators to deliver a winning, market-ready product.
