Our outpatient practice is designed to cater to a wide range of mental health issues, providing a fast-paced yet supportive atmosphere where each counselor’s expertise is recognized and valued.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s mental health concerns, background, and treatment needs.Develop personalized treatment plans that accommodate individual circumstances and goals, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing assessments.Facilitate talk therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to promote emotional expression and healing.Engage with clients regularly to discuss their perceptions, monitor progress, and encourage adherence to their treatment plans.Provide clients with relevant information on financial resources and emotional commitments associated with their treatment.Support the development of adaptive behaviors and coping strategies that encourage self-reflective practices and nurturing relationships.Document client progress and treatment strategies diligently to maintain accurate records that contribute to overall treatment outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusIn your role, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring your ability to provide culturally responsive therapy that respects their unique experiences and needs. Your work will not only assist individuals in their personal journeys but will also foster a larger sense of community well-being.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with the ability to practice independently.Proficient verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging manner.Demonstrated commitment to culturally sensitive practices in mental health care.Strong community orientation that promotes outreach and engagement within diverse populations.Empathy, sensitivity, and a genuine passion for facilitating healing and positive outcomes for clients.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a teletherapy setting is highly desirable but not required.Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.Fluency in multiple local languages can be an asset, enhancing communication with our diverse client base.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
