This role offers an exciting opportunity within the Legal Department as a Senior Coordinator, Corporate Services. In this position, you will support attorneys and paralegals in matters related to corporate governance, corporate transactions, and insurance regulatory filings. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain corporate governance files to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Draft incorporation documents, corporate governance materials, and board and shareholder consents
• Manage and update files and electronic data in connection with ongoing projects
• Perform administrative support tasks, including ordering checks and preparing UPS shipping labels
• Execute both routine and non-routine business support tasks with attention to detail and timeliness
• Follow established protocols, standards, and policies to deliver effective support
• Take direction from attorneys and paralegals to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of legal experience
• Working knowledge of organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in legal, compliance, insurance, healthcare, or financial services

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
