This position operates in a fully remote setting, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from home while serving students in the Sammamish, Washington area. Key Responsibilities\n

• Communicate effectively with physicians, educators, and families to report on student progress and address any concerns or needs that arise.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies and regulations.

• Respond swiftly to clients experiencing crises, offering immediate interventions to guarantee their safety and emotional stability.

• Conduct regular evaluations of clients’ progress towards individual treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with families and support systems regarding treatment planning, discharge processes, and methods for ongoing support.

• Participate in organizational meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with school-aged children and adolescents who are facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will provide therapy to students dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, requiring a sensitive, tailored approach that acknowledges the unique environments these young clients navigate, both at school and home.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or an equivalent licensure.
