Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts, plus 3+ years of practical experience.
• We need experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or another RDBMS.
• We need hands-on database design and development experience, including writing T-SQL and building database objects such as stored procedures and views.
• We need demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI tools in infrastructure engineering workflows, with strong validation habits and sensitivity to data handling.
• We need the ability to review and confirm AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when needed and ensuring outcomes meet resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
• We need experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, reporting tools such as SSRS, and analytical tools such as SSAS.
• We need experience managing databases, including performance tuning and security.
• We need the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver functional solutions.
• We need technical expertise across the software lifecycle, including design, implementation, and delivery.
• We need an understanding of cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern programming languages.
• We need experience in at least two of the following areas: databases, Windows/Unix/Linux environments, large-scale software development, or security software development.

• We lead daily activities that support standard capacity process applications and work with application and infrastructure teams to identify capacity risks and track remediation status.

• We apply reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to identify recurring capacity risks and improve remediation workflows, ensuring changes are validated and aligned with resiliency and security expectations.
