Law Offices of Scott Warmuth | City of Industry/San Gabriel Valley, CA The Law Offices of Scott Warmuth is seeking a highly organized, bilingual, and people-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to support our growing marketing, client communications, and community outreach efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work environments, community engagement, event coordination, and client-facing communication. The role will work closely with our marketing team, attorneys, intake department, and external partners on a variety of campaigns and special projects, including community events. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns, community outreach, and client communication initiatives Assist with Town Hall meetings, seminars, and community events Conduct client follow-up and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients Support bilingual communication efforts in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) Coordinate with attorneys, intake staff, vendors, and external partners Assist with email campaigns, SMS campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials Help manage project timelines, outreach tracking, and campaign organization Support day-to-day operational and administrative marketing tasks Qualifications Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required Cantonese plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Marketing, communications, public relations, or client engagement background preferred Experience with event coordination, client service, or community outreach is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace/ Mailchimp/ Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or social media management is preferred Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events when needed Preferred Qualifications Law firm, healthcare, nonprofit, or community organization experience preferred Familiarity with Chinese community outreach and digital platforms (WeChat, Rednote/Xiaohongshu, etc.) is a plus Experience with AI tools, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus Competitive compensation Paid training and career growth opportunities Opportunity to work closely with attorneys and leadership Meaningful work supporting local communities To apply, please send your resume and a brief introduction. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ccyp
