Financial Controller

A private, international group is seeking a hands-on US Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, compliance, and controllership across its US entities. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring deep US GAAP expertise, strong audit and tax exposure, and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Own monthly, quarterly, and annual US GAAP close Ensure accuracy of financial statements and management reporting Act as US GAAP technical authority Lead audit process and manage external advisors Oversee US tax compliance and support transfer pricing Strengthen internal controls and risk frameworks Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and accounting alignment Lead and develop the US finance team Profile 10+ years in controllership, accounting, or audit (multi-entity/international preferred) Experience in CPG, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG required. CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred Strong technical US GAAP knowledge Experienced working with auditors and senior stakeholders Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment High exposure, strong business partnership, and opportunity to shape US financial governance within a global organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
