Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, building rapport to establish trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate progress, discuss treatment options, and facilitate discharges when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and refine personalized treatment plans with each client, regularly updating treatment goals to reflect their evolving needs.

• Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice standards.

• Perform intake assessments and initial evaluations to determine treatment needs and ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Payment is structured through a Fee-for-Service model, with guaranteed rates to ensure you receive compensation promptly, without delays for reimbursements.
