Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and needs of each client.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups that encourage client engagement and foster a sense of community.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while using clinical software systems effectively.

• Participate in regular team meetings to review client progress and develop strategies for improved care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
