Job Description

Radiant Smiles Dentistry in Baton Rouge is searching for a Full-Time Dental Office Manager to come join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time Dental Office Manager

Come join our great team! We are a small General Dentistry office that allows you help change people’s lives one smile at a time.

Responsibilities:

Lead your team and focus on patient satisfaction.
Lead by example and set a standard for extraordinary customer service.
Lead team members to excel at every task.
Supervise the everyday operations in the office.
Resolving patient problems, oversee patient claims to insurance, and managing the patient schedule and general workflow of the entire office.

Requirements:

Minimum 24 months of DENTAL experience.
Proficiency with dental management software.
Proficiency with overseeing staff and dental office day-to-day tasks.
