Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing comprehensive evaluation techniques to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centered Therapy, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions, leading engaging and result-oriented discussions that promote healing and personal development.

• Provide crisis intervention support, employing swift and effective strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring client safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records by documenting assessment results, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment paths, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs within therapeutic settings.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) to practice in Kansas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, with proven capacity to manage complex client cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
