Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify client needs and establish treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their unique backgrounds, preferences, and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couples, family, and group settings, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Offer crisis intervention services when needed, ensuring clients receive timely support during acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries that comply with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with the knowledge and skills to navigate their mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and modify client care strategies accordingly.

• Stay current on mental health trends and research, applying new insights to clinical practices to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Uphold professional ethical standards and ensure confidentiality of all patient information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
