If you have a knack for organization, a love for food, and at least 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and service. Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation. Monitoring inventory and placing orders to maintain stock levels. Enforcing food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen. Collaborating with management to plan menus and introduce new dishes. What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic team. A deep understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
