Pop Over Eatery Simsbury, located in the charming town of Simsbury, CT, is looking for a talented and dedicated Kitchen Manager to take charge of our bustling kitchen. If you have a knack for organization, a love for food, and at least 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, we’d love to hear from you!

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
- Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders to maintain stock levels.
- Enforcing food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
- Collaborating with management to plan menus and introduce new dishes.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic team.
- A deep understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and management.
