You will be responsible for the sales and marketing programs for the residence, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and cultivating referral sources. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.Responsibilities:Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizationsDeveloping and executing lead events according to approved event schedulePerforming initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family membersMaintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activityFulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days programCommunicating effectively with residents and staffAdhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelinesWhy we should be your "home away from home":Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
