Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, employing narrative interviews and standardized evaluation tools to gain a holistic view of each patient’s circumstances.

• Engage in individual, group, and community counseling sessions focusing on developing coping strategies and emotional resilience among participants.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic counseling, potential medication coordination with psychiatrists, and referrals to community resources.

• Set patient-centric goals in collaboration with clients, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to encourage active participation in their treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
