Holman is currently seeking a General Manager to join their team!

We are seeking an exceptional leader with the skills and drive to successfully grow our organization! As a General Manager, you will join a team of inspired leaders who are proud to call Holman their home. What are we looking for?

• Plans, develops and implements and ensures compliance with organization policies and goals
• Provides counsel and direction to the activities of sales, service, parts, body shop, F&I, and administration to affect operational efficiency and economy
• Directs and coordinates promotion of services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry
• Analyzes department budgets to identify areas in which profit opportunities can be maximized or cost can be minimized and operating budget can be achieved
• Confers with administrative and managerial personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required
• Thorough communication, oversight and direction to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investment.
• Promotes the recruitment and development of dealership managers and non-management employees
• Examines pay practices and develops pay plan models to achieve budgetary goals
• Liaison with the manufacturer; works with factory representative to achieve factory objectives.
• Provide strategic planning and the execution thereof to meet long term dealership goals.
• Ensure all HR topics are monitored and appropriately managed along with the necessary documentation.
• Recruiting and developing future leaders
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

• Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; and 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Relevant Work Experience: 6+ years of dealership experience at a department manager level, or similar related work; knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodologies of department operations to ensure the profitability of the dealership.

Total Target Compensation Range - $400,000 - $500,000 (based on experience)
