Are you a detail-driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can keep shipments on track, build strong carrier relationships, and ensure every load gets where it needs to go—on time and on budget.
In this role, you’ll coordinate inbound and outbound full truckload shipments, negotiate rates, monitor transit activity, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service. If you enjoy problem-solving, juggling priorities, and making an impact every day, this is the role for you!
Requirements :
- 2–4 years of experience in dispatching, call center, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- Valid driver’s license required
Hours : Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
