This position is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth platform that allows you to connect with clients from various locations. You will work standard hours from Monday to Friday, typically from 9 AM to 4 PM, but some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to tailor personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to ensure effective delivery of mental health care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of our clients’ information.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive treatment approach for clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service quality and treatment effectiveness.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health conditions and available local resources, fostering greater awareness and understanding.

• Stay current with latest research and developments in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population that comprises individuals of various backgrounds, facing a broad range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, as well as a solid understanding of various therapeutic interventions that promote client engagement and retention. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
