Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a dedicated focus on delivering quality care. As part of our detox center team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and families to deliver comprehensive care tailored to the needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to support child growth and family engagement.
\n
• Monitor and report on child progress as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with skills and strategies to enhance their child's development in line with evidence-based practices.
\n
• Engage with families in a respectful manner, fostering a strong rapport to create a positive and supportive environment.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to enhance learning and developmental experiences for children and families.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations to maintain a safe and ethical practice environment.
\n
• Administer developmental screenings and adapt approaches based on the individual needs of each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Your efforts will be aimed at helping them achieve crucial developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The focus remains on delivering tailored interventions that support early intervention strategies in alignment with family priorities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) validated by the Department of Public Health.
