  • Identify hiring trends and provide market insights to clients <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Recruit Top Skilled Trades Talent <\/span>
    <\/span><\/h3>

    • Source, screen, interview, and place skilled trades professionals <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Attend trade school events, job fairs, and networking opportunities <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Conduct mock interviews and career coaching for candidates <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Own the Recruitment Process <\/span>

      • Manage the full hiring lifecycle from intake to placement <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Write compelling job ads and job descriptions <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and pre -employment processes <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Maintain strong communication and follow -up with both clients and candidates <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Support employee relations and ensure a positive hiring experience <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Requirements <\/h3>

          • 2+ years of full desk recruiting experience
            <\/li>
          • Proven business development and client relationship success
            <\/li>
          • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
            <\/li>
          • Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously
            <\/li>
          • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments is highly preferred
            <\/li>
          • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
