A leading biotechnology company in Pleasanton, California, is seeking a highly experienced legal professional to lead global sales-related contracting. This role, reporting to the Vice President of Transactions, requires a minimum of 7 years of in-house experience drafting and negotiating agreements within the life sciences sector. The selected candidate will manage legal support for commercial initiatives, negotiate high-impact agreements, and implement innovative legal technologies.
