The Franklin Housing Authority (FHA) is hiring an HCV/Tax Credit Occupancy Specialist to work with the organization's growing Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Programs. The position will be responsible for Housing Choice Voucher and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit re-certifications. Applicants should have a minimum of 3-years' experience with either Section 8 or Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties. Section 8 or LIHTC certifications are preferred.
