We are looking to hire those that are bilingual in Spanish and English to support our customer calls. Core Responsibilities Be logged into the telephony system Handle up to 50+ total calls daily Respond to SMS, Email and Voicemails from customers Assist customers with scheduling their standard maintenance Assist customers with customer service complaints and concerns Communicate company initiatives to customers (marketing, sales, etc.) Direct customers to appropriate departments (where applicable) Participate in cross training within other departments to strengthen skill set Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed Customer data entry Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to the appropriate staff Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.) Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
