Director of Customer Growth

Seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Customer Growth, the full-time remote position will lead the development of an AI-enabled customer lifecycle program, enhancing customer experiences from acquisition to advocacy while managing direct communication channels. Key responsibilities: Define and own the customer lifecycle strategy across various stages, including acquisition, retention, and advocacy Lead the development of the BURST Brain, an intelligent customer experience framework utilizing data, automation, and AI Design and implement customer segmentation strategies and automated journeys that enhance engagement and retention Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing Direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience is required Proven success in building lifecycle marketing programs or customer journey strategies from the ground up Strong experience with CRM platforms and modern ecommerce technologies such as Klaviyo and Shopify
