Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through our secure virtual platforms, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to aid clients in managing mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and appropriate referrals to additional resources as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations within our electronic health records system to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision sessions, and team meetings to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master‘s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this position.
