Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couples therapy, and family therapy, adapting approaches based on the unique dynamics of each setting.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software efficiently.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case conferences and team meetings to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or substance use disorders. Your sensitivity and understanding will play a crucial role in crafting personalized treatment plans that suit their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, providing direct counseling services.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in the counseling field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport building with various client demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
