SAP Australia Payroll Consultant

Title: SAP Australia Payroll Consultant Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Australia Payroll configuration and support.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
Strong experience with:
- Payroll schemas and PCRs.
- Wage type design and processing.
- Payroll posting and reconciliation.
- Retroactive accounting.
- Leave and absence management.
- Payroll integrations and interfaces.
- Experience supporting payroll consolidation or migration initiatives.
- Strong testing experience, including SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and defect resolution.
- Ability to perform configuration analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and payroll readiness assessments.
- Experience with S/4HANA or Employee Central Payroll is preferred.
- Candidates located in Australia are preferred.
- The consultant may be required to start early to provide overlap with the US afternoon, approximately 3:00 p.m. MST.
