Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that align with client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults navigating mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex trauma-related challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often face multifaceted life situations. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A deep understanding of solution-focused therapeutic interventions, alongside demonstrated ability to adapt treatment strategies to meet individual client needs.
