Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed client assessments to establish individual mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage clients in establishing specific therapy goals, offering ongoing support, and monitoring their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusted to fit client preferences and needs.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• The annual salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, contingent upon your caseload and experience.
