We are seeking a Customer Service Admin to support customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role manages call handling, coordinates scheduling, maintains records, and independently resolves order status and change requests.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Manage customer service calls and provide clear, professional assistance.
- Coordinate scheduling workflows.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Resolve order status and order change requests independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service administration.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Data entry skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
