General Services Coordinator

Location:

Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living

Compensation: $20/hr - $22/hr, based on experience.

Full-Time with Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm.

Join our team as a General Services Coordinator! In this role, you'll excel as a customer service champion, providing guidance and addressing the questions and concerns of residents, staff, and visitors.

How you will make an impact

• Manage residential warranty claims by serving as the primaryliaison between residents and vendors, ensuring timely andefficient resolution of issues.

• Provide support to the Facility Coordinator and General Services Coordinator, assisting with various administrative tasks and project coordination.

• As needed, work the Front Desk, including answering phones, creating work orders, and facilitating resident interactions.

• Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.

• Enter, distribute and complete all work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.

• Organize, maintain and update the program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.

What you will need

• Strong Computer skills including the ability to create documents, and work within our in-house, company-specific programs required

• Office experience is preferred

• Previous experience with the general public, specifically the senior preferred
