Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. This role is essential for helping our patients on their journey to regain mobility, enhance function, and achieve optimal quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver personalized treatments within a supportive environment, focusing on promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite within our well-equipped outpatient office in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. The facility features modern treatment areas, cutting-edge rehabilitation equipment, and resources designed to optimize patient recovery. The practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to identify patient objectives and tailor personalized treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage a patient load of approximately two patients per hour while ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and manual therapy techniques to promote recovery and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs addressing the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Monitor patient progress continually and adjust treatment plans based on real-time assessments and outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and care outcomes accurately in our EMR platform, specifically using WebPT.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about preventative strategies and lifestyle modifications to support their health and wellness journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic focuses predominantly on orthopedic cases, providing care primarily to patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be instrumental in helping patients regain their movement abilities, reduce pain without the reliance on medication, and improve their overall physical function.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with a clean record free of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques, with a solid foundation in developing effective exercise regimens.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong background in sports medicine and rehabilitation practices.
• Experience in developing cost-effective treatment options that minimize the need for invasive procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
