Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions to adult individuals using live video conferencing tools.

• Monitor and assess patient progress through self-administered symptom assessments and treatment outcomes to tailor individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment for all clients, fostering a team-oriented approach to mental health care.

• Participate in clinical drop-in hours and engage in ongoing professional development through provided training and consultation opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of mental health challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental disorders, as well as those at elevated risk. You will engage with clients in a culturally responsive manner, ensuring that their unique experiences and needs are prioritized in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work is required (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license).

• A minimum of two years of documented experience providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

• Licensure as an independent therapist for at least one year.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
