This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while adhering to a standard office schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Our outpatient office, where team meetings and collaborative activities take place, is based in Kent, Washington, fostering a sense of team unity and support even in a predominantly virtual working style.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning.

• Design, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans tailored to clients' emotional, psychological, and situational goals.

• Provide therapeutic counseling in various formats including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the quality of care provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n
